Actually it is

Windows Key + “D” \> “P+B+J” Key (to select the doc) \> “enter” key \> ALT +Tab back to Shift518 \> highlight PJB greatness \> Ctrl+C \> Alt+Tab back to PJB.Doc \> “End” key \> Arrow down key until you hit the bottom \> then Ctrl+V \> Ctrl+S.
