What about the persons salary administering the test? Cost of the building/rent? Paying Walgreens for an off the shelf piss test?
At my job we have random drug tests, no warning. You get to work, manager brings you to the hospital, blow into a breathalyzer and piss in a cup. Then you get McDonalds for your trouble. Should there be random drug tests for welfare recipients? Absolutely. Welfare is there when you need temporary help, when you’re struggling and need some short term assistance.

and again… the cost is passed along to the person having to piss in a cup. you want “free shit”, you pay for it. if the test itself costs $10$ and you charge $25 then the extra $15 goes to pay for the administration of the test as well as facility operational costs. shit im sure some of these welfare collecting useless pieces of shit could even get jobs as piss collectors to drop the welfare/jobless rates… what a concept.
