and again… the cost is passed along to the person having to piss in a cup. you want “free shit”, you pay for it. if the test itself costs $10$ and you charge $25 then the extra $15 goes to pay for the administration of the test as well as facility operational costs. shit im sure some of these welfare collecting useless pieces of shit could even get jobs as piss collectors to drop the welfare/jobless rates… what a concept.
