I tried to get one while I was at gamestop anyways. The dude said they were all gone in about 25 mins. Oh well, I don’t really want one - I just wanted to make a few bucks off some rich kid who did.

well i got 1 at around 1030am, then went to another store around 130 and got the last one at that store…
some stores had people tenting out some didnt, I stopped at 1 store up in brentwood and seen about 25 people there at 4 am 🤣
I’ll wait in line on launch day, but not for a preorder, thats just gay…
1 was offered $150 by some nerdy kid and $200 for a preorder from some middle aged lady when i got the last preorder at the 2nd store i went to… neither would go for $300 lol

The guy at gamestop also said that they were only given about 1/3 of the preorders they got for the Xbox 360. He said there will be a better chance of getting one without a preorder than the 360s. He thought that this was a ploy to make sure the preorders sold out but still have some extra machines available.
pre orders are stupid. Just make what you can and sell them when they are released. If you can’t buy one then, tough shit.
Hey, anyone want to buy a pre-order for a video game system I am making? it will be out in about 500 years.

FYI for all the people getting them to sell them
do it ASAP…cause the next shippment will be before XMAS
sony is shipping 400,000 on realses date
& then 1million to 1.2 million by Dec 31 so get your selling in before then.

ill be sellin mine on ebay friday starting at 12pm.by then stores wont have any in stock.i have 4 already and plan on standing in line at walmart starting wendesday night to get 1 or 2 more.ill probably sell every system i have and wait for 2nd shipment to get one

Yes the ps3 is pricy but it is going to beat on xbox like no other…microsoft is always playing catch up…always…and this will be a perfect example…even for those looking for a blue ray dvd player…the ps3 is cheaper than those so why not just buy one for everything it offers
