# "please help" 2002 nissan sentra gas problem

when I go put gas in my car, the nozzle on the gas pump keeps stoping like my tank is full, but its not. Every pump does this, so I know there is a problem with my car. It takes me a really long time to get even twenty dollers in the car. Does anyone know what this problem is and how to fix it?

hold the pump differently…it happens to my buick…it just because some gas is being splatted back off the filler neck causing the auto shut off…try pulling the nozzle out a bit or angleing it differently
