# please help asap rb20det

i got a rb20det
got it in the car no problems there made my own mounts etc
now goes the wiring
i was out there all day and cant figure this out at alll
i searched and searched but cant find any help
its a 91 240 with the rb20det
please help me asap

i tried them all
nothing on the rb20det into 91 240 wiring
i am at wits end lol good thing i like this stuff

Send the wiring harness to McKinney. And did you try [240sxforums.com](http://240sxforums.com)?
How and where did you get the mounts made? Pics? How’s the fit?

I’m more curious as to how a 4 cylinder ECU and 4 cylinder harness is going to fuel and fire a 6 cylinder motor.

only use the lower harness from 4cyl

The wiring isn’t that hard. All you need to find is a wiring diagram for the RB with a pinout for the ECU everything else is easy. Find your documentation first.

i am in nova scotia
the car is running and driving
i am making a custom downpipe now from the turbo down so it will clear the steering shaft with lots of room
it fit great
never used any after market mounts
used the ka cross member with rb engine mounts
never had to cut anything on hood
closes perfect
got pics but dont know how to post them
looking for a intercooler now and piping
