cause hes not joe. its a b20 which is already bad for boost. so the fact that its still running tells me hes running low boost. 8-10 psi max. he said DECENT sized garret turbo which means one of 2 things. ebay manifold with t3-t4 ebay turbo. or a gt28rs. which i doubt. hes prolly 240 wheel. with a gsr tranny. the kid is an idiot.

still illegal unless you make it a kit car. which isnt worth the hassle. and i bet there wernt NY cars. and if they were there illegal. trust me, i almost bought a r32 skyline from canada, til i found out all the gay shit i have to go through, that and money was an issue at the time

theres a lot of things that come into play. trust me NY + RHD = :nono unless your 110% legal
