For those of you at hybridynamics watching this, here was the ending… "A standoff began at about 4:30 p.m. SWAT officers were sent to the scene to try to coax the driver out. Officials said the driver appeared to have the gun held below his chin as if he was threatening suicide. He was also spotted writing a note. Shortly before 6 p.m., the driver got out of the vehicle and said “Shoot me” as he approached officers without a weapon. He then surrendered and was taken into custody without incident, officials said." Link has a picture of the truck crashing into the water.
