I have tints and I would accept the consequences if I got a ticket for them. I do respect police and never give them a hard time.

I love how this is an automotive forum and ppl bitch at eachother for doing things to their cars that are automotive related.
Oh the irony.
We are here because we love our cars/bikes.
We hate tickets/giving money to the state.

Nobody is being moral or righteous. These threads pop up everyday about how cops sucks because that individual decided to be a fucking retard and blames the cops for stopping something that potentially could have ended horribly.
Nobody knows why they are doing road blocks/checks. Maybe there have been a high number of accidents in those areas so the PD wants to crackdown on it.

I don’t see how writing a ticket for a loud exhaust or tints for simple revenue is saving lives/taking bad drivers off the street.

NY as a whole is broke because they mismanage government programs, our tax money and federal grants HORRIBLY!!! And let’s not forget how the smaller areas are also stuck footing much of the bill for a densely populated NYC!
So it seems their chunk of federal income taxes we pay, state income tax, outrageously high state sales tax, and property tax doesn’t provide enough cashflow for them. HRMMM??? Time to seek other avenues take even more of our hard earned $ through roadblock checks for inspection and seatbelts and other asshattery.
It’s not just state issues, the feds and their tax policies are horribly excessive. But when you have socialist concepts running rampant and a bloated government we’re in a a catch 22. SIGH.
Think about it like this…we work for the first 4-6 months of the year for free after we account for the annual tax burden. This is the major downfall of counting on income and not cashflow to pay our expenses. We work for money (alot of which goes to the govt), instead of our money working for us.
Any business run like the government would fold in the first month. Thank god for fiat!

Patterson gives people on welfare tax payer’s money for school supplies in excuse to buy plasmas.
This is the easiest way to get back some money, by giving out tickets. Pulling over motorists for things you normally wouldn’t get stopped for.

Yup, but what else could we expect from an entity with such an ass backwards balance sheet? Fiat and taxation are enslaving the middle class.
