In exchange for shutting down its nuclear program, North Korea will receive 1,000,000 tons of fuel oil.

Talk about damned if you do, damned if you don’t. Either a potentially hostile country has a nuclear program, or a developing country has to burn fossil fuels and abandon its clean energy program.

damn.

well, im hoping that all those oil go to people who needs it…not to the corrupted government or whatnot.
