this came out of a ford magazine about the ls1 camaro being compared to the Bullitt, GT and Cobra…keep in mind, this is before the terminators. But Mustangs outsold Camaros despite that and they never stopped making Mustangs. ---

Still no 8 year production gap though. I truely believe not having a v6 was one of the contributing factors of the demise of the GTO. V6 models always sell more than the v8 models. Mustangs, Camaro’s, Firebirds, etc. ---

Me personally I dont like the '99-'04 bodystyle. The Mustang vs Camaro debate has been going strong since the '60’s. Out of all the new stuff Id rather have a Challenger. New Camaro is hideous and they fucked up the looks of the new Mustang. '09’s look alot better. ---
