Considering the GT-R is much more in the league of the Z06 then the ZR1, I’m impressed. Imagine an upgraded NISMO model or a V-Spec model. That’ll be your ZR1 competition. ---

Porsche is just mad that the GTR is beating the 997TT in almost every race thus far, and by a wide margin. ultradriver: in a straight line. Of course, the ACR Viper is butt-raping all three of those cars 😛 ---

You should be comparing the 997 GT3 to the GTR, not the TT. Also the ACR is a load of bullshit using r-comps and lightening, so I wouldn’t consider that in the same league. ---

The GT2/3 is a purpose built race machine…loud as hell in the cabin, and you can feel how many legs the insect you just ran over had because of the stiff suspension settings. LZ: Those tires are pretty nice for when it rains, or for driving in snow. I think it was Top Gear that floored the GTR on wet grass, and the thing _took off_, I’ll have to find the link. And weight…well, eh, I drive a Supra, I’m used to it :mamoru: ---
