# POS Craigslist scammer

**_I hate people like this_**
I have tried numerous times to buy this car cause i could use a lot of the parts and i like haveing extra. Roger leads me on to buy the car then never calls back. I left him a few voicemail still no call back.

I called that guy and was told I could pick everything up for $300, tires weren’t included nor the rear end. What exactly makes him a scammer other than the fact he neglects to call you back?\>

he set everyhting up for me to get the car i had my uncles tow dolley and everything told me he would call back never did. Also he jus called me to tell me i better watch wht i post now. We agreed on 250 for the car

Unless you had tires and rims for the car it wasn’t moving anyways. You didn’t loose money, you didn’t waste gas going out there, all you lost was some of your valuable time? THAT’S WHAT CRAIGSLIST IS ALL ABOUT! people wasting your time. You think someone is gonna really give a shit for $250? get real

how does that make him a scammer though? a scammer is someone who cons you out of money if i’m not mistaken. where did he take your money?

you were not scammed.
he may be inconsiderate, but he did not scam you.
i don’t blame him for calling you and telling you to watch what you post. you are telling everyone that he is a rip off artist when he did nothing more than not return your phone calls when he said he would.
he doesn’t owe you anything. maybe you should calm down and find another car to buy.

Yeah but i lined up a tow truck and tow dolley to have my buddy owns a bussiness yeah sure he found other things to tow but he was wasting his time with me. I dont like wasting peoples nor do i like it when people waste my time. It would have been different if he would have told me he no longer wants to sell it. he was emailing until it came down to the day to get it. Whatever its over now im not getting the car now I found the need to post this I did it. I will jus found another one. It makes me so mad that people do tht but like i said whtever.

i hear ya and it sucks that you lost time. however, it is completely out of line for you to be trashing him on cl and here.
a warning about his scheduling hassles could be warranted, but for you to run around yelling “SCAMMER!!!” is just unjustified. this guy isn’t a scammer who tries to rip people off, he’s some country bumpkin trying to sell his ‘stang parts for moonshine money and is probably too busy fuckin’ sheep to answer your calls. (i assume that’s what they do in sardinia.)
