you still have the little white box, or they gave you the skinny black one.
Both suck. i took my white box and smashed it with a sledge hammer. i now have a netgear one. never had a probelm since

It’s an Obama-colored box… its trash !
If I call those assclowns at TW since my internet is now operating at dial-up speeds, will they replace it with a new one?

Word I got my Netgear one like two years ago and it works great…Netgear ftw

All of there wireless equiment is covered as long as its a manufacture defect. i was going to do that. but a sledge hammer is a better option.

just spend the 60 or w.e it is on a net gear. or when your dl music/moives/porn get a 15ft cable (thats what i have for when i dl movies on my laptop.)
