# Possible new look for the 6... opinions??

Come winter, I want to get the R6 repainted to fix the tank, and other minor blemishes on the bike. Here is what I am thinking:

For those who can’t see it, all fairings are repainted Satin black (basically matte, but a little smoother) and the tank and tail are both gloss. I personally love it with the two-tone but what is the general consensus? Also, if you have a better idea and can Photoshop, feel free… but I am 100% on the all black look so color is not an option… lol

just ride the thing and enjoy it, stop ruining things to the point where they are useless.

I am repainting it to fix damage to it… how exactly is that ruining anything? And what exactly have I ruined on the bike???

I think he means your going to take it apart, and end up not riding it. I really done see much different between the two pics, besides the decal, and that lower area…

its not going to be done until winter when I cant ride it anyways. Basically its just getting repainted to take care of the tank and some other scratches/dings that were on it when I bought it. Its not a big visual change, just changing the headlight fairing from gloss to satin black and the same with the lower fairing. Then just removing the emblems from the tank. Not a big change, mainly doing it to fix the blemishes.
