So I went to the doctor.
Major pulled hamstring ☹
No dance for at least 3 days… my coach is gonna love this one.

ive torn my hammy and my groin before… trust me if you tore it your screwed for quite some time. i had to go through physical therapy and wore an immoblizer for about 2-3 weeks due to the severity of the tear…
basically all i did to get over it was physical therapy (which was basically light weight training to build strength back after a couple weeks) and stay away from strenuous activity.
if you can walk without severe pain its proly a strain.

Yeah definitely a pull. If it was a tear you wouldn’t be walking or trying to stretch it 🙂
Serious pain with the tear. Sometimes, you’ll see the muscle ball up under your skin if you tore it.

Yes that would be correct.
So, if anyone is planning on coming to a Bandits game this season, look for the shortest cheerleader there. :lol:

as strange as it sounds, i kinda miss not going to cheerleading competitions…
I’m glad you got back into it 🙂 Hope the leg heals better than my shoulder has from my snowboarding fall last year. I still can’t swim… it was a strained ligament which became overtensioned. I even went to PT.

exactly, actually from where i tore mine i have a hole in my hammy where it never fully recovered
