About 1yr old and the washer display is losing characters by the week! I’ve had every brand you can imagine from whirlpool to fisher paykel (wife sells appliances) and I want my whirlpool duet back ☹ They all (every brand) suck though. Every washer I’ve had has had at least 1 repair within the first year. I’ve had about 5 different washer/dryer sets in the past 4yrs. ---

Samsung is a service nightmare. Company policy is no one is allowed to stock parts in the US and orders are only shipped once a container is full. Whirlpool is the best of the junk. Thats what I sold to my mom cause she has a normal persons wallet. If you want machines that you don’t have to touch service wise for 20-25 years you buy these. No fills, no cool colors, no lights and bells, just straight up industrial machine in your house.
