I thought you’d be able to realize if I’m being sarcastic or not by now. 😢
I have not too much against 1/4 mile guys, but street racing is a no-go for me. Too much to live for, need my license, and it’s just not worth it to attempt to impress some people on a forum. I believe drag racing requires very little skill compared to road racing and track day drivers, and requires a level of car control no one will ever be able to experience if all they do is street race or drag race. Just my $.02.

Your right, keeping a 1000+ hp car pulling the front wheels off the ground, AND keeping it going straight down the track requires not that much skill. it requires a level of experience… that you have never experienced… so how can you compare? not trying to be a asshole just saying. shit can get out of control just as fast as on a drag strip as a road course. both have to be good alert drivers, defining a better driver by what they race strip/road course is pretty lame.
