To get a case you have to write a letter to the chief girl scout and the letter must include what your intentions are for the cookies. This letter must be notorized and sent certified mail. If your request is approved they will notify you via telegram and give you a specific time and location on where they will air drop your case. However before they can do that you must travel to the girl scout palace and present them with a bank check for the cost of one case along with a vile of cobra venom.
