bought dis 8,000+ square foot warehouse building… got big plans for this sucker… Pave driveway to the right, enough room for 40+ cars on display, extend height of mechanic garage in pic up 5-6 more feet so large trucks can fit on lift without crouching, left side of building has another garage that leads to huge basement warehouse space for full bodyshop with legit paint booth and another parking lot with enough space for 60+ cars and then 2 floors of wiideee open space… Gonna sheet rock me up a verry nice sized office and then probably rent out the two floors of remaining space to pay for the $6,500 per yr taxes which arent even THAT bad for Scumnecktidy. got a metal object spin-arounder so I can make things and stuff. 1960 something Rockwell 11" swing quick change box, variable speed drive, some tooling… but I was in storage for 20 years.
