The tennant nextdoor to my parents had it in the weeds for months. I know the guy whos house it is so I talked to me and got the dudes info.

Turns out the prior owner was going to get evicted so this guy bought it from him for $250. Thsi guy doesnt have a LIC so it sat. I picked it up for $100. :rofl
