Come Feb 15th this will be my place 😉 ![http://www.phand.ca/cgi-bin/houses?photoid=e940f66ae9e74ec965e22c1f2a145f1b&c=show&size=screen](http://www.phand.ca/cgi-bin/houses?photoid=e940f66ae9e74ec965e22c1f2a145f1b&c=show&size=screen) Not quite done yet… Ah well. i bought one with a nice 1.5 car garage, so lots of room to work on a car + engine on a stand! 😃 I had been planning on a few housemates but can’t find any, so I guess it’ll be me by my lonesome ☹ ---
