I was at 179 on my friday morning weigh in! Cracked into the 170’s finally, allthough with it being biking season I can really burn the calories now so that helps. That takes my total loss up to 91 lbs. I’m ultimately shooting for the mid 160’s I feel that will be a realistic weight to keep myself at. ---
