My friend paid $3300 installed for his lift thru a guy in Esperance. He had to get the electrical part hooked up though. You need a thick concrete floor to put in a lift. 13" maybe? ---

We built that garage ourselves (my two older brothers and my dad). Steel beams, welded, crazy thick foundation and supports. The whole 9 yards. For the lift, there are actually steel plates right under the cement that the lift bolts onto. They are probably 3" or 4" inches inside the cement. ---

My friend didnt have plates in the floor. The garage is over 40 years old and definately didnt have plates. Its bolted to the floor. I worked there and watched it get installed. ---
