Hey Mike, nice place 🙂 If you have some extra cash and the time, I’d go and pick up 20 gallons of cheap enamel floor coat and just roll or broom a good thick layer on that concrete. It’ll help spruce it up a bit but also will keep dust down(because un-coated concrete ALWAYS creates dust) ---

I’ve been thinking about that. Unfortunately I’m going to be “broke” for a while until the whole thing takes off. The first couple months are gonna cost me since I have people a discount to move into it on the first of our lease. ---
