# Post the Most Recent picture of your car (PICS ONLY)

It serves a purpose, I wouldn’t have extra tow points or stickers if I didn’t have to. People think it’s for looks, they do work. Many tracks require a tow hook with an arrow pointing it out clearly to the guys track side. Some venues won’t let you race if it doesn’t stand out enough. It’s also nice to load it onto the trailer with a winch, the stock tow points are under/behind my intercooler so trying to use them for any towing will destroy my IC.

Was working outside the other day and a civic was getting a tow, tow truck driver figured it’d be ok to hit the hook to winch it on the flat bad.

WRONG, tore off the front bumper including the re bar lol no photos since I was working which bummed me out, but I’m sure pics will pop up soon haha.

That sucks! I attached mine right to my front crash beam, it works! These Benen hooks are actually quite strong. I had to trim mine so it wouldn’t hit my intercooler or stick out too far and it took me about half an hour to cut through it with a die grinder. I have to put a second one on so I’m attaching it to my Autopower roll cage and sticking it out a back side plastic window.
