I’ve never won more that $2 on a scratch off, it was a good day. Not very often you walk into Giant Eagle empty handed (other than the scratched winning ticket) and walk out with $1k cash (legally). $10 to a college student is like gold, this is just over the top. ---

years ago I would always buy like $50 worth of $1 scratch offs. normally I would make most my money back if not make a little. did scratch off one for $100 one time tho ---
