Yes, they have a full replacement warranty for 1 year. thanks ---

may be a stupid question with the air locks ( i think thats the name, put key in door to unlock, and both unlock) do you need 2 actuators or just one? ---

Yes the Price includes installation and 1 year warranty on Parts and Labor. Thanks Lopez for pointing that out. (Air Locks, Haven’t heard that in a while hehe) Give us a call, we can better help you over the phone, But Generally Central locking systems without Door Lock Switches Require 1 Actuator.
