# Powerama Booth Volunteers - Schedule

I want to see if there was anyone who wanted to volunteer at the booth for NECC. We will need COMMITTED individuals that will show up for their shift and do some light work. If you are 50/50, don’t bother posting. All I want to hear from are people who will offer help.
List of duties may include the following:
1. supervise cars and make sure no douche bags vandalise any of the cars
2. minor detailing to make sure cars remain clean
3. answer questions about the club
4. hand out Club flyers
5. help with set up and or tear down
If you are interested, you will be supplied with an NECC t-shirt that you MUST wear during your shifts and a free pass into the show. Let me know what days/hours you would like to work.
Show hours are as follows:
Fri, April 24 3:00pm - 10:00pm
Sat, April 25 10:00am - 10:00pm
Sun, April 26 10:00am - 6:00pm
List of Volunteers according to Day:
**Thursday evening setup:**
Colin
Craig
Steve
James
Dennis
**Friday:**
Sanjay 3-10pm
Steve 6-10pm
Craig 3-10pm
**Saturday:**
Craig 10am-10pm
Steve 10am-10pm
Justin 12pm-10pm
Dennis 3-10pm
Graeme 7-10pm
**Sunday:**
Craig 10am-8pm
Steve 10am-8pm
James 2-8pm
Dennis 2-8pm
Meagan 10-6pm
Colin, James, Craig - Must be at show by 6pm to take out your cars
**Please be aware, your name is on the list which means, come the day of the event, you are expected to show up. IF you cannot make it to your shift, please let me know by CALLING ME at 780-905-3793. Please give some notice if you can’t make it, it’s just common courtesy 😃**

I will volunteer. Don’t know how much help i will be but i don’t mind scaring off people who are putting their fingerprints on the cars. I can work Sunday for sure. I can also work Saturday night. I am off work at 4:30

I have updated the first post with list of volunteers for each day. If you are not ont he list for a certain day and would like ot put your name down to help out, pleas epost up and one of us Mods will update the list.

The purpose of this show is to boost up the Club Name, hopefully recruit some new members and have fun. If we manage a few sponsors out of this show, bonus points for us LOL. The main thing is we want to have fun.
I thank you all personally for volunteering your time. We appreciate your help. Please be sure to check back to this site over the next week, there may be more info as we get closer to the event day like passes and what not.

tear down will probably be at 7-8 pm, it would be good for you to be there at 630 the latest. Just to make sure.
