He did everything from Stripping to prep to shooting powder.

Sand blasted everything Gun/ Tank set up  
Fragile Parts used a cabinet with a fine sand  
Put parts in oven to burn off any contaminents after stripping  
Aircraft stripper to remove paint with a tooth brush  
Denatured alcohol on everything after sand blasting to remove any contaminents.  
Lacquer thinner on parts to remove oil and sticky shit.
