# Printer wont detect

Argggggg i cant get my printer to detect… when i click add printer it says the print spooler service is not working… i have no idea what that means i need help asap thanks

Check and see if the spooler service is running /started.

Control Panel / Admin Tools / Services / Print Spooler

Try going to

Start \>Run \> msconfig

then go to Startup tab, look for a startup item that has command column like c:/windblows/system32/spool/blablabla

Enable that…and restart and let us know if it worked. If not ill hop on over tomorrow and check it out.
