# Probe owners?

Anybody that knows probes wanna help me work on my car? It will be most appreciated. I have to replace the steering rack :tdown: and replace the brake lines/e brake cable. I dont have the parts car yet due to lack of a trailor/dolly. Any takers?

Myself and another board member :roll:were at the junkyard today and saw a turbo Probe there and I was wondering if the turbo was an option on the GTs and what engine was in them…

All 1st gen GTs came from the factory with a 2.2 DOHC Turbocharged engine.

Actaully it’s a SOHC. Low on horsepower, big on torque. 😉

Quite fun to toy with I love my 89’ PGT :tup:

Whoops. It’s been a while, I’ve forgotten a lot of Probe stuff.
