# Problem with "lowering" springs

yea… cut them and kiss your shocks goodbye. ORRRR… just get new springs and have some halfway decent ride quality. what kind of shocks did you get? don’t cut your springs. i’d hate to say i told you so.

First you should NOT have used tenzoracing springs on an F body in the first place. Spend the extra money and get SLP, Eibach, or Jamex. It must look like a 4x4 F- body. Whoever installed the spring should’ve been able to see just by looking that something was wrong and they weren’t going to work correctly. They shouldn’t have been installed in the first place. I am sure you stock spring and the aftermarket were VERY different if you are +3 from stock ride height
