# Prof sheepdog BOV problem. coming out intake?

I have a prof sheepdog bov. its acting all funky and such. it doesnt seem to be opening properly? and it sounds as if its coming out my intake. ive been told to adjust the screw on the top of it, and try loosening it. but i dont know. im thinking vaccuum lines maybe? my friend took it off my car and gave it a good varsol cleaning, thinking it was seized. that didnt seem to help. anyone have some ideas???

went over everything. vaccuum lines were hooked up retarded.
