well been working out now pretty much 4-5 days a week
got some protein powder…it taste like dung…
any brands out there that actually taste good??

Twinlab is 1000x better tasting than most, and it has the most protien per volume than any other brands. It cost more, but if you have to choke it down you might as well get the best… Not to sould like sales rep or anything…
I have tried so many types, my mother gets that type of stuff all the time, my basement lookes like a gnc.

ON (Optimal Nutrition) makes a great product and is decently priced…I like the choc and the rocky road…24 grams per scoop…not too bad

I like American Whey by American Sports Nutrition. It’s the only one I’ve found that doesn’t have artificial sweeteners, which I can’t stand the taste of. Of course you chubb… I mean non-skinny guys probably want to keep calories to a minimum. 😃

i forget who the f makes it but dont get any kind flavored . Coconut Creme pie. 🤮, Usually I get the vanilla then get some milk peanut butt and a banana and throw it in the blender. then your good to go.

No matter what kind you get its not gonna taste that good. I always put a banana in mine and a couple spoonfullls of peanut butter. Are you mixing it with water or milk? If your doing it with water stop and just mix it with milk. All these things will make it taste a lot better.

To be honest I really like the taste of that wal- mart shit. I never got how people said their whey protein shakes tasted bad. I only mixed mine with water as well. :dunno:
