# Protestors Hanging from West End Bridge

I understand that. My question was:

“How does a state cop know the planning process that led to the selection of Pittsburgh as the site of the G20 Summit?”

If it’s, “He heard from a guy, who knows a guy, who blew a guy…”, that doesn’t really hold up, does it?
