I know we have had the ability to do it. We just haven’t this isn’t anything offensive. More like a reminder. Much like how Russia and US used to test nuclear weapons. It’s a reminder. Otherwise, we wouldn’t have given it this much media. Especially if the govt could be liable for civilian problems etc.

It’s like, I see your bomber and I raise you a destroyed satellite.
