# Push Button ignition??

I put in a push button ignition in my s13 and it works fine but the car turns over alot longer before catching… I grounded it to the steering coloum and got my 12v source from the white wire with red trace, as well I’m using a 40A relay. Could it be the gauge of wire or any of those other things??
