So if you’ve ever gone/have friends who go to Canisius, you probably know about quad party. Basically, it’s a tradition on the last day of classes, every house within a few blocks of campus has free kegs, and it’s just a day of mayhem and poor decisions. If you have a canisius ID there’s a festival with free chiavettas and rides and carnival food, but not required. Starts around 7-8am and lasts well into the night. (Juxtaposse, you may have heard them at a few bars around here) ---

last year was the worst one of my 4 years, byron brown lives down the street and he wanted to make a first impression and be a hardass so he ordered the buffalo cops to be super strict, finally backed down about 1-2 in the afternoon. Supposedly it won’t happen again this year ---

EDIT: brendan, you know you want to. get a little sweet home presence EDIT2: she lived on my floor in frisch freshman year and you 2 look alike. i think she was one of the few girls on the floor that i didn’t piss off too badly. :snky: ---

they generally leave it to canisius public safety jurisdisction unless things really get out of hand. ---

my buddy used to live in those apts right next to the school. Some really killer parties went down every weekend. Campus safety would roll by all the time, then the cops would show up and write 50 dollar noise violation tickets. ---

This is my 4th year at canisius and this will be the first time i get to attend somewhat… shitty though, i’m stuck at work til 7:30 so i prob wont get there til 8, and i’ll prob swing by wherever you’re at Joe to catch the game, or i’ll watch it at the yellow house on hughes not too far from jefferson… last year i heard it got broken up pretty early by byron brown, writing a bunch of drunk in public tickets, being present with the cops himself a few times…i hope he tries that shit this year, “hey, if you’re here watching us, whose car is your son out drunk in now?” Joe, is your cell still the same as it was last year and the year before? i’ll probably give you a call around 8ish to find out where ya are…you’ve been telling me for years you’re gonna show me what Canisius partying can be like…here’s your chance, impress me homes.
