save up , you will barely be able to buy a descent kit for under 1g with money left over for installation.  
theres no point to getting a kit on a s13 enless your getting a proper one / have the money to get it fixed when it gets torn up.  
check out [PDM racing](http://www.pdm-racing.com/products/bodykits.html) they have decent priced kits.
