ok i have 3 17" alum rims and 4 "18 that are taking up space. i tried to sell them. no sale. i was wondering if i can take them to a scrap metal place and get money for them. i know it wouldn’t be a lot but whatever. any ideas? I will sell them all for $200 or best offer. i know its high priced but i gotta have a starting offer. let me know. the rims fit a 2005 Pontiac grand prix gtp.

I took my dads old trashed aluminum Navigator rims to a place on eith broadway or william st, forget which one. Easy process, they weigh, give you a slip, and you cash out at the front desk. Done in 15 minutes. I think they gave me 48 bucks for all 4 of them.

yea its usually $15-20 per wheel depending in scrap prices that day. they cant have tires on them or you get the ‘dirty’ aluminum price if they even take them

they cant take them with the tires on them because they cant weigh them.

scrap aluminum is way way down.

I’d give you 50 bucks for all of them if they dont have tires on them, and they are all aluminum. if they are aluminum and steel the price drops considerably, and it might be better if you take them in yourself

they have the tires on them and i will take $100 for all 7 of them just to get them out of my garage. i dont own a truck to transport them to a scrap yard anyways.i could use my dads but it would be easier if somebody just wanted them. i will take the tires off for whoever wants them. im located on Grand island let me know
