# questions about 4 point harnesses

2 questions about 4 point racing seatbelts. for my 89 s13, ds is a recaro, p/s stock

1. any way to make them legal driving on city streets.
2. best location for mounting - more sore curious about the shoulder one do they go straight back to the rear deck? straight down behind the seats? photos would be great !
