so then you think sams club/bjs/any other warehouse store with a membership is false advertising? your buying it with your $25, you just have to pay a price to be able to bid on the item. i figured that out the first time i ever saw one of their commercials, you might not like their business model but it doesn’t make it illegal (false advertisement).
