I did not edit them since I will wait for a pic with both the wheels straight and lights off. Title change to avoid confusion. ---

They will still be the occupants. They typically buy and sell it depending on market conditions. They just bought it in May with the intent to sell down the road. The current environment is forcing them to speed up the process.
