> why do you need two tranny coolers? when you start doing that you put a strain on the pump to pump the fluid that much further. and isnt as effeicent as a large single one.
>
> you want to run a deep pan with fins on it to help aid with cooling of the tranny fluid. but to really help out dont use teh car as a DD. cars like that with huge stalls arent ment to be driven like that

my trans guy & another ones says, never to many coolers, yes a deep pan helps!more fulid the better!

yes more fluid the better to aid in cooling but there is a point in which the pump isnt strong enough to push the proper amount of fluid at the givin rate that it needs.

maybe im just looking at it as a hydraulic reasoning as what ive experienced.

but i would much rather have one huge cooler with fans then dual coolers. i think i also read from B&M that dual coolers was a bad idea. it was in the paper work when i bought my 24,000 cooler. they also say a 28,000 cooler is more then enough for a street car

if its more then enough for a street car that sees mulitiple duties then its enough for a track car that only gets to see 1minute run times
