:eek I’m lol’ing HARD at this Cossey and the same time shaking my head in disgust. JD is a tool. First day I met the guy was at a meet in front of JVG’s old Kohls shop. Same day I met Jason Micare when he was driving the Atom. JD said the car made some 6xx wheel and I laughed, crawled under the back of his car to take but mere seconds to realize he was full of shit and walked away. K24’s aint gunna cut it. That car DOES NOT make that power and for him to talk like he knows a thing or two about the workings of the 996 is hysterical. Cossey’s 996 would smoke JD’s. No questions asked. Shit, now I have serious motivation to get your 996 in the garage this week and track the boost issue. Sorry JVG…audi is gonna wait a couple more days now… JD…you got balls…:Idiots ---

I’m not about to go search this forum for it though a quick “albany 996 turbo” google search promted this car, which i think was it prior to the damn rear diffuser… it does have those god damn ugly IC inlet ducts and what appear to be the wheels. When Myers, Sgambelluri, someone else and I were at Pep Boys picking up something (I was driving the 996), he pulled in in his SRT-8 Jeep and asked how much boost I was running (this was before the new turbos, but after the EPL tune) and I said “1.3-1.4 bar.” His reply “impossible. No way. The motor would blow.” For the record, I’m running 1.5bar on the upgraded turbos. ---
