What’s funny is that the DOG SHIT interior of the Mustang and Viper NEVER get mentioned. It’s just people finding ‘faults’ on an otherwise incredible car. Sure, the radio looks cheap/out of place, but that’s about it honestly.

It’s public knowledge especially the Mustang.
The radio is odd especially with the oversized buttons and the leather is terrible. I can fart and rip it.
The funny thing is that it’s light years better than the C4.

Right? Viper’s and mustang’s interiors BLOW. I have always thought this. Then again I’ve never been impressed with the interior of a vette. If they put a nicer radio in them, maybe did something with the center console, i think people would be more impressed. But all in all, its definitley not dog shit.

Compare C5 with an Audi interior and it’s dog shit. But, it’s all relative. Compare it to Akira’s mom’s K-Car and it’s the shit.

R32 is the nicest when it comes to Skylines. But they are sketchyyyy when it comes to registration etc. There were several seized and exported last year.

LOL get outa here, ive been in plenty of stangs with the mach 460 system and it is definitley not better than the stock bose setup in my vette.
however, a long time ago, i do remember reading an article comparing stock vehicle’s sound systems. I dont remember the year but the cobra’s 460 system got top choice from the magazine. second in line was the bose in a vette and third was the bose in a nissan pathfinder (beleive it or not)
but for clarity and loudness, bass and mids, i think the system in my vette is better than the mustang 460’s that ive heard/been in.

I love my Mach 460, its not something to write home about but its more than adequate for my in car audio needs. Speaking of interiors the skylines dont exactly have interior that impress, especially R32’s. Looking for something to drive year round thats comfortable but performs I think you need to look into an Audi.

C6Z interior looks okay but is still plagued by cheap materials and rattles, etc. In all honesty, my MR2 interior is of better quality than C5 and C6 vettes. They style is just as “ugly,” just period-correct “ugly,” but I have no rattles and everything looks and feels nicer.
The fact that I am even more of a C6Z fanboi after driving one and experiencing this far-below-sub-par interior speaks to how fantastic the car is as a whole.

0 rattles came from both Corvette interiors you rode in a couple weeks ago. Sure, Lukes shifter rattles, but a lot of aftermarket ones do.

Maybe not rattles, but the rear view mirror almost unclipped itself when I adjusted it, the dash by where your right knee goes was loose, etc. etc.
Again, bottom line is the car as a whole is amazing, the interior is pretty much the only flaw (and it’s unfortunately a big one).

Probably just you tugging on it too hard because you were nervous. Go drive a Supra with the targa off, and we will talk about rattles…
How come no one mentions the Evo interior? LOL. Just as ‘bad’ as the Vettes, or ‘worse’.

it was the reasoning behind why i wrote about the article. the article itself just spoke of the cobra
