all right ill say it .sit in l/d for 2 months in a 4-6 cell for 23 hrs a day with no books tv or other mind stimulants .that is mental anguish .dont belive me lock yourself in a closet for 23 hrs one day with nuttin but a little food ,ill give ya 6 hrs before most on here caved
