# Racepak install

Has anyone tried installing the Racepak iq3 display in the S-chassis? Anyone with advice or instruction, please advise me. I am running an A’PEXi Power FC ecu. Thank you in advance to anyone that can offer me some help.

You will not have can bus access with a Apexi unit. So all the parameters like oil pressure, Tach, water temp, speedo will not show up and you will have to buy all sorts of adapters too get things too read. Haltech and AIM pista is in my opinion the most efficient and effective way to go about things.

I understand why i have to buy the oil pressure and water temp why do i have to buy a speedo. Why cant i can just use the wire from the original tach for the speedo and tach

CAN BUS man, google it. the apexi is over 20 years old! get a haltech and plug in
