what radar detector would you recomend? I’ve been interested in buying for for a while know but i don’t know much about them.

valentine 1, i had mine for several and its saved me everytime. its defintily paid for itself.

dont skimp on a radar detector get a V-1 or an escort 9500 (i think thats the model) i have a cheaper cobra that i have had for about 7 years and it has saved me a few times but i got nailed in w.virginia with a cop coming towards me so it was too fast for me to realize… and i got busted on 43 coming around a bend and the detector went off at the last second.
once i get around to it ill get a V-1 for the camaro and move my crappy one into the grand am daily driver

is the 9500 newer than the 8500? (i guess it is)

$449 for the 9500 or $339 for the 8500
thinking to just spend it on the 9500, most likely worth it

yeah, im going to get a better one soon. i have a cobra, and got nailed coming home from philly, it went off too late for me to slow all the way down.

i use my brothers valentine all the time. def what i would go with. I love how it has arrows and numbers to tell you how many and where they are coming from

had a friends V1 when i was coming from the T/A nats in Dayton, but the Laser speed guns will get you everytime.
V1 FTW.
